Shipping Policy

All Preserve Lives products are made to order to reduce waste and ensure quality. Once an order is placed, it is sent into production before shipping.

Processing & Fulfillment

Please allow 5-10 business days for order processing and fulfillment. This timeframe does not include shipping transit time.

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately.

Shipping Time

Shipping time varies based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $150

  • Shipping costs for orders under $150 are calculated at checkout

  • Bulk orders are excluded from free shipping and are quoted separately

Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be added in a future phase.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to assist. Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are subject to carrier performance.
